Terms of use

These terms apply when you browse khanwork.com, send us a message through a form, book a call, or buy a package through one of the checkout links. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You are welcome to browse the site, read the case studies, share links to pages, and contact us about a project. We ask that you do not:

• Use the contact or newsletter forms to send spam or anything unlawful.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the site or the services behind it.
• Scrape or republish the site's content at scale.
• Misrepresent who you are when you write to us.

The design, copy, graphics, and code of this site belong to KhanWork unless noted otherwise. Client work shown in the case studies belongs to the clients it was made for, and their names and logos belong to them. You may quote or share small parts of the site with a link back to it. For any other reuse, ask first at ali@khanwork.com.

Everything on the site is provided for general information and is offered as is. We keep it as accurate as we can, but we do not promise it is complete, current, or free of errors, and we may change it at any time.

The results in our case studies, such as the 20% increase in website conversions for Cornerstone Healing Center and the 10X revenue growth for Eden Digital, are real outcomes for those specific clients. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of what any other project will achieve.

These terms cover the website only. When we take on your project, the engagement is governed by its own agreement, which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

The packages shown on the site, Foundation Partner at $1,499 one time and Design Partner at $2,499 per month, describe what each package includes at the time you read them.

The checkout buttons for both packages lead to Stripe's hosted checkout. You pay on Stripe's pages, under Stripe's terms, and your card details never touch our servers. If you have a question about a payment you have made, email ali@khanwork.com and we will look into it.

Parts of the site are run by other companies, and their own terms apply when you use them:

• Cal.com powers the Book a Call scheduler.
• Stripe handles checkout for the two packages.
• YouTube plays the embedded videos in the testimonial sections.
• The chat widget loads from app.khanai.co, and your messages to it are processed to answer your questions.
• Share buttons open Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn only when you click them.

How these tools handle your data is covered in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

We run this site with care, but we cannot promise it will always be online or work perfectly on every device. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site's content, from interruptions to the site, or from the third-party tools listed above. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not let us limit.

We may update these terms as the site or the tools on it change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. If you keep using the site after an update, the current version applies to you.
