We meet your referral, scope the work, and quote one of our flat packages. You stay as involved as you want to be, and we keep you posted either way.
You earn when they sign
When your referral becomes a paying client, a commission is paid to you. The exact terms are confirmed when you join, before you send anyone our way.

This track is for people whose work puts them in front of businesses that need design or development: freelancers, consultants, agencies with overflow, anyone a client already trusts. You make the introduction, we handle everything from the first call through delivery, and your referral gets the same flat pricing published on this site. A commission is paid on referrals that become paying clients, and the exact terms are confirmed with you when you join, before your first introduction.

If you run a newsletter, a YouTube channel, a design community, or any audience that trusts your recommendations, the affiliate track gives you a tracked link to share. Bookings that come through your link are tied to you, so credit never depends on someone remembering to mention your name. KhanWork runs remote internships in design and development. We hire on portfolio, not credentials: real work, practice redesigns, and personal projects count for more than a degree or a certificate.
