NONPROFITS

More monthly donors, fewer abandoned donation forms.

We build nonprofit sites where the gift takes three taps on a phone and recurring giving is the default. Program pages that hold up when a grant officer reads them.

Your donation flow should do the asking, turning a single gift into one that renews each month.

Food banks, animal rescues, arts organizations, school and hospital foundations and youth programs usually arrive with a site nobody has touched since the last capital campaign. We rebuild the give form, the memorial and tribute gift options, the impact stories and the landing pages your Google Ad Grant traffic hits.

After launch the figure that matters is how many first time gifts become sustaining ones, because a charity budgets on income it can count on. Someone who gave once after an email appeal should be able to move to a set amount each month without calling your office.

$1,499Starting price

The flat one time build price, posted publicly, so a finance committee reviews a real figure instead of a range.

48 hrResponse time

Send a request and it is answered inside two days, which matters when a grant deadline is driving the timeline.

What usually goes wrong

The gift dies between button and receipt

Someone taps Donate on a phone, lands on a form that asks for address, employer and a fund designation, then gives up. Nobody on staff sees the drop-off because the donation tool and the site report separately.

Monthly giving treated as an afterthought

Recurring is a small radio button below the one-time amounts, so almost nobody picks it. That leaves you forecasting next year's budget off single gifts that may or may not repeat.

The site buckles in late December

Giving Tuesday and the last days of December bring a large share of your online revenue, and that is when the appeal page loads slowly or the form errors out. A failed gift in that window rarely comes back.

Funders cannot verify you in one visit

A program officer looking for your 990, board list, audited financials and last impact report finds a PDF from three years ago or nothing at all. Vague mission copy where outcomes belong reads as having nothing to report.

What we build for nonprofits

  1. Donation flow, rebuilt for phones

We wire Donorbox, Givebutter or Stripe into your pages rather than rebuilding payments: preset amounts, Apple Pay and Google Pay, cover-the-fee, and a branded receipt page with the tax language.

  2. Monthly giving as the default ask

Recurring selected first, amounts framed as what a month of the program costs, plus a sustainer landing page and an upgrade ask for existing one-time donors.

  3. Year-end and Giving Tuesday pages

Campaign landing pages with a thermometer, matching-gift copy and a countdown, built to load fast on cheap phones and tested under the traffic a December email blast brings.

  4. Program pages and impact reporting

One page per program with who it serves, how it works, outcomes and cost per participant, plus a transparency page holding your 990, audit, annual report and Candid profile.

  5. Volunteer and event signup in one place

We pull volunteer applications, event registration and your calendar back onto the site, connected to the CRM you already run so staff stop rekeying names between tools.

Really lovely to work with. Had a world of knowledge and would explain anything technical that I did not understand. He had advice on what would be best practice. I would certainly work with him again and recommend him.

Frequently asked questions

Our pricing is published before any call: $1,499 one time for a focused build, or $2,499 per month for ongoing design, development and growth. Boards and finance committees scrutinize every line as overhead, so you can put a real number in the budget request without a discovery call first. The one-time build suits a site you plan to keep for a few years. The monthly option fits organizations that run campaigns, add program pages and want the site improved between appeals.
