This guy always does a great job, like seriously! SO glad I found him. it's hard to find a good designer these days
Your practice site should turn a first search into a booked intake. We build the bio, specialty and insurance pages that make someone comfortable enough to reach out.

Most of the practices we take on are group practices adding associates, couples and family therapists, and psychiatric providers running medication management alongside therapy. We build the clinician profiles, the modality pages people search, a fees and panels page that answers the money question, and booking that hands off to SimplePractice or TherapyNotes.
What changes is the shape of your inbox: completed consultation requests that arrive with a preferred clinician and a stated concern already filled in. One accepted client here can mean months of weekly hours, so a few more of those a month changes the year.
Projects shipped by KhanWork, so your clinician pages and intake flow start from patterns we have already tested.
Time to a real reply when you write in, because that email usually gets sent between two client sessions.
Your Psychology Today profile ranks above your own site, so every inquiry arrives with a monthly fee attached. When you raise rates or open a new specialty, you are still renting the audience.
Clients choose a person, not a logo, but your site lists your whole team in a grid of headshots with two lines each. Nobody can tell who treats adolescents and who does EMDR.
Whether you take Aetna or Blue Cross is the first thing a prospective client checks, and your site makes them call to ask. For someone who needed weeks to work up to that call, the extra step ends it.
When you are at capacity your site either says nothing or says you are closed, and the inquiry disappears either way. There is no waitlist, no timeline, and no referral path for the person reading.
Each therapist gets their own page with license type, modalities, populations they see, the states they are licensed in, and a button that books a consult with that person.
Separate pages for anxiety, trauma and EMDR, ADHD evaluation, couples work and postpartum support, so a search for one of them lands on a page about it, not your homepage.
One page that names the panels you are in, your private pay rates, sliding scale spots, and how out of network reimbursement and superbills work with your billing.
A short first contact form, consult scheduling, and a waitlist with honest timing when you are full, handed off to SimplePractice or whatever portal your clinicians already use.
We keep symptom and diagnosis detail out of URLs, form emails and third party pixels, and still measure which specialty pages and clinician pages produce inquiries.

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to connect everyone via email following Ali's message earlier regarding refreshing some of our marketing collateral for Recovery Center
Ali, thank you again for the incredible branding work you put together for us.
We're excited to continue building on that foundation and bring some updated materials to life that our development team can use in the field.

Really lovely to work with. Had a world of knowledge and would explain anything technical that I did not understand. He had advice on what would be best practice. I would certainly work with him again and recommend him.

Yes, because a directory listing is a rental and your site is the thing you keep. A profile puts you in a list next to every other therapist in your zip code, sorted by filters you do not control, and it charges you for the privilege every month. Your own site is where you can explain your approach, show each clinician, publish your fees and panels, and get found for searches like trauma therapist in Denver who takes Aetna, including in AI answers that now summarize those searches.
A quick, no-pressure call to understand your vision and explore next steps.
