What it is for

Quotes for a treatment center website disagree by a factor of ten, and most agencies in this niche print no price at all: when we read 27 treatment center agency sites in September 2026, 4 printed any price. This estimator puts a number on your situation using prices we can stand behind: our own, published on the pricing page, and other vendors' published rates, each linked to the page we read.

It is for owners and marketing leads weighing a monthly plan against a one-time build. It is not a quote, and it will tell you when a one-time build is the cheaper buy.

Estimate your monthly plan

Your answers stay in this browser. Nothing is sent to us, and nothing is saved when you close the tab.

Pages, brand and content are needed for a recommendation. Locations and levels of care size it.

1. How many locations treat patients?
2. Which levels of care do you offer?

Each one needs its own program page. Tick all that apply.

3. Roughly how many pages do you need built?
4. Do you need a new brand?
5. Do you want ongoing content made for you?

For context: what other vendors publish

One-time build prices from each vendor's own pricing page, read on 13 October 2026 and sourced in our treatment center website cost guide. The same Webserv page says most addiction treatment builds land at $25,000 to $80,000.

VendorPublished priceWhat it covers
DrugRehab.Agency (opens the vendor's pricing page in a new tab)$3,500 to $6,000A site with conversion work included; the vendor says it can go live within 30 days.
Lead to Recovery (opens the vendor's pricing page in a new tab)From $4,800Website design and development, starting at five weeks; the pricing page does not mention hosting or maintenance.
WebFX (general agency) (opens the vendor's pricing page in a new tab)$6,500 to $15,000Basic web design, for contrast with a large agency outside the niche.

How to read the result

  1. The plan is the lowest that fits

It is the lowest tier that covers every answer you gave. The reasoning list marks the answer that decided it, so you can see exactly what would change it.

  2. Compare on 36 months

Every tier is billed monthly with no minimum term. Put it beside a build quote as a three-year total, the build plus every monthly fee, the way you will actually pay it.

  3. Other vendors' prices are theirs

Quoted from each vendor's own pricing page as read on 13 October 2026, and linked. A one-time build buys a launch. A monthly plan keeps adding pages after it.

  4. Some costs sit outside every quote

LegitScript certification, a form tool that signs a BAA, and hosting are paid on top of any build or plan, ours included. Budget them separately.

Sources: every third-party figure on this page is quoted from our addiction treatment center website cost guide, which links each vendor's pricing page as read on 13 October 2026. KhanWork's prices come from the pricing page and change there first.
