A small senior team. A written system. Nothing ships without review.
KhanWork is Ali Shayan, the founder, and a small senior team across design, development, content and video. This is the whole engagement, from the first 30-minute call to month two and beyond: six steps, each with a published timeline, who does what, and where AI drafting stops and judgment starts.
Six steps, from the first call to month two
Every duration below is one the site already publishes, on the pricing page and in the FAQ, so no date here is a new promise. Each step says what we do, what you do, and where the line sits between what AI drafts and what our seniors decide.
- 30 minutes
The first call
A working call on your actual site, not a discovery form read back to you. You leave knowing which plan fits before any work starts.
- What we do
- Ali, our founder, walks your landing page on a phone, the way a family arrives at it, and names what is losing inquiries. Together we agree which page your traffic actually lands on and which plan fits, and we scope the work before anything starts.
- What you do
- Bring the site and, if you run ads, a rough idea of where they point. No brief, no deck, nothing to send in advance.
AI drafts
A first pass of the scope, from the notes we take on the call.
We decide
The plan, the page that gets rebuilt first, and every line of the scope.
- The 1st or the 15th
Kickoff, and the clock starts
Foundation kickoffs run on the 1st and the 15th of each month, three a month. The 14 business day clock starts the day your content and assets land, not the day you sign.
- What we do
- We read your current site, your program pages and your intake flow, and ask who answers the phone at 10pm. We set up analytics and tracking access in accounts you own.
- What you do
- Send the content and assets: photos, licensing and accreditation details, program and staff information. Name the person on your side who can approve copy.
AI drafts
An inventory of your current pages and every claim on them: levels of care, insurance, outcomes, testimonials.
We decide
What stays, what gets rewritten, and which claims your clinical team has to confirm before they appear anywhere.
- Business days 1 to 14
Brand refresh and landing page
The brand refresh and the landing page are designed, written and built inside the 14 business days, with a 48-hour feedback window at each review point.
- What we do
- Our seniors refine your existing logo, set the color system, type and component set, write the admissions copy for a parent or spouse deciding under pressure, and build the page. No account manager sits between your feedback and the people doing the work.
- What you do
- Give feedback inside 48 hours at each review point, and have your clinical and admissions team check anything that makes a claim. A missed window moves the date day for day, which keeps the timeline honest on both sides.
AI drafts
Copy variants, first-pass layouts and code, each checked against the written rules for your site before a senior reads it.
We decide
The design direction, the final wording of every line, and anything that touches what a family is told about care.
- By business day 14
The review gate, then live
Nothing goes live until it clears the same gate every time: a LegitScript check, tracking confirmed with a baseline recorded, and a senior review of the whole page.
- What we do
- We check every page against what LegitScript reviews, install and confirm GA4, call tracking and form tracking, record your current inquiry baseline, and keep protected health information out of analytics and ad pixels. Then it ships.
- What you do
- Final approval from the person you named at kickoff. If anything on the site falls short of what LegitScript reviews, you hear it before launch, not after.
AI drafts
A pre-launch pass over the build: links, metadata, structured data and the claim checklist, with every flag listed for the senior reviewing it.
We decide
Whether it ships. Nothing goes live on a draft's word.
- Through day 30
The 30-day data review
Launch is not the end of month one. By day 30 you have a roadmap for the rest of the site and a first read of what the tracking shows.
- What we do
- We deliver your AI visibility snapshot, run the full-site roadmap session and hold the 30-day data review against the baseline recorded before launch. On Foundation, the written LegitScript report and branded social templates land in the same window.
- What you do
- One working session on the roadmap, the next twelve months of your site mapped page by page, and one call on the numbers.
AI drafts
A first cut of the roadmap from your site, your programs and the questions families ask, and a summary of the first weeks of tracking.
We decide
The order of the roadmap and what the data means. A number becomes a recommendation only after a senior has read it against your baseline.
- Monthly, by plan
Month two and beyond
From month two the cadence is set by the plan you chose. Billed monthly in advance, no minimums, pause or cancel anytime.
- What we do
- We build what the plan covers, from one roadmap page a month on Foundation to unlimited requests on Growth and Scale, and run the monthly or weekly call on the numbers.
- What you do
- Queue requests, keep feedback inside 48 hours, and keep your traffic on, so the numbers measured against your baseline mean something.
AI drafts
The first pass of each roadmap page and each request, and the summary behind each report.
We decide
What gets built next, what each report recommends, and whether each piece is ready to ship.

The system behind it
A small team keeps this pace, and keeps it consistent, because the work runs on a written system, not on memory. AI does the drafting. These five rules decide what a draft has to clear before it reaches your site.
Written rules, checked on every draft
At kickoff we write down the working rules for your site: color, type, voice, and the claims a treatment center must never make. It is a checklist for the build, not the brand guide that comes with Growth. Beside it sit our written procedures: step-by-step instructions for each recurring job, from a program page to a tracking install. Every draft is checked against both before a senior reads it, so the standard never depends on anyone's memory.
A review gate before anything ships
AI drafts. Our seniors decide. Nothing reaches your live site until a senior on the team has reviewed it, and anything that makes a claim about care also goes past your clinical and admissions team.
The LegitScript check
Every page is checked against what LegitScript reviews on a website: the physical address of each facility, a plain statement of the services you provide, photos of your own facilities, a posted privacy policy, and claims, insurance language and offers that are accurate and not misleading. Certification itself stays between you and LegitScript.
Tracking and a baseline, before launch
GA4, call tracking and form tracking are installed and confirmed before the page goes live, and your current inquiry rate is recorded. Every change after that is judged against where you started, with protected health information kept out of analytics and ad pixels.
Built in your own accounts
Hosting, analytics and tracking are set up in accounts you own. Hosting is not included in any plan, so you pay your host directly. Files, pages and brand assets are yours, and nothing is held back if you leave.
Why a small senior team is the point
The person you brief is the person who builds it, and the people building it are senior. There is no account manager in between to retell what you asked for, and the honest cost of that is a short wait when the month is full.
- No handoffs
The person you brief is the person who builds
There are no account managers between you and the work. The people you brief are the people who design, write and build your pages, so what you ask for reaches the page without being retold by someone in between.
- Senior, and checked
Seniors do the work, and a gate checks it
Design, development, content and video are done by senior people, working from one written record of your site: every page, claim, tracking event and roadmap decision. Nothing ships until it clears the review gate.
- The trade-off
Capacity is limited, on purpose
A small senior team takes on only what it can do well. Foundation kickoffs are capped at three a month, on the 1st and the 15th, and free funnel reviews are recorded by Ali, so only a handful go out each week. When a month is full, the next kickoff is the next one with a slot open.
Frequently asked questions
The call is 30 minutes. Foundation kickoffs run on the 1st and the 15th of each month. The clock starts the day your content and assets land, and the brand refresh and landing page go live in 14 business days from that day. Feedback windows are 48 hours, and a missed window moves the date day for day. If the date slips on our side, your next month is free.
At kickoff: photos, licensing and accreditation details, program and staff information, and one named person who can approve copy. During the build: feedback inside 48 hours at each review point, and your clinical and admissions team's check on anything that makes a claim. After launch: keep your traffic on, so the numbers measured against your baseline mean something.
AI drafts: first-pass copy, layouts, code, page inventories and report summaries, each checked against the written rules for your site. Our seniors decide: the plan, the design direction, the final wording of every claim, and whether anything ships. Nothing goes live on a draft's word. You are paying for the judgment on top of the drafts and for people accountable to the result.
Ali Shayan, our founder, and a small senior team across design, development, content and video. Your first call is with Ali. There are no account managers and no handoffs: the person you brief is the person who builds. The trade-off is capacity: Foundation kickoffs are capped at three a month, which is why the next opening can be a few weeks out.
The cadence follows your plan. Foundation Partner ($1,000 a month) builds one roadmap page a month, with small edits on a 48-hour turnaround and a monthly call. Growth Partner ($2,500 a month) builds the rest of the site, unlimited requests worked one at a time on a 48-hour turnaround. Scale Partner ($5,000 a month) works two requests at once on a 24-hour turnaround, with a weekly call. Every plan is monthly with no minimums. Pause or cancel anytime, and the site stays yours.
