Brand identity for treatment centers, behavioral health programs, clinics and practices. We worked on Cornerstone Healing Center's brand and redesigned its website, and website conversions rose 20 percent after the redesign.
A family deciding where to send someone is reading signals long before they read your copy. A mark that looks like it was bought in an afternoon, four shades of the same blue across five pages, stock photography of a beach nobody at your center has seen: each one asks them to trust you a little less. Branding here is the system that makes those signals agree, and it comes in three sizes. Foundation Partner is a full brand refresh: your existing logo refined, a color system, typography and a component set. Enough to launch credibly, and not a new identity. A new identity is Growth Partner: a full rebrand with a written brand guide and the applications a center hands out. Scale Partner takes that across a group, a brand system with location-level variants and a shared asset library. Whichever one you are on, the work is a system your team can keep using rather than a folder of one-offs.
What this covers
Full brand refresh, on Foundation Partner
Your existing logo refined rather than replaced, plus a color system, typography and a component set: enough to put a landing page live that looks like a center a family can trust. It is not a new identity, and we will not describe it as one.
Full rebrand and brand guide, on Growth Partner
A new or rebuilt identity: the mark drawn from scratch or reconstructed properly, a written guidelines document, and the applications a center actually hands out, business cards, letterhead and social.
Brand system for every location, on Scale Partner
The full rebrand plus location-level variants and a shared asset library, so a group of locations reads as one organization instead of five versions of the same logo in circulation.
The mark and its versions
A primary lockup plus the ones real life needs: a stacked version, a single colour, a reversed one for dark grounds, and a small mark that still reads at favicon size. On a refresh we rework these around the logo you have; on a rebrand we draw them.
Palette proportions and type scale
Not a swatch dump. Which colour carries a page, which one is the accent, what percentage of a layout each should take, and which pairs pass contrast on text, with a headline face, a body face and the sizes between them set as a scale so a new page inherits the hierarchy instead of reinventing it. In every tier, refresh or rebrand.
Usage rules, written down
Clear space, minimum sizes, what never to do to the mark, and how the brand behaves on a photo. The decisions that otherwise get made ad hoc by whoever builds the next thing. This is the brand guide, and it comes with the rebrand on Growth Partner and the brand system on Scale.
Applied to the work
The system applied where it earns its keep: the landing page and the social templates first, then, on Growth Partner, the business cards, letterhead and social applications a center hands out, plus any ad or email creative you queue as a request. How much gets applied in a month follows your tier's pace.
Files your team can use
Figma libraries and SVG and PNG exports at the sizes each platform wants. Everything we deliver is yours, so the next designer or agency inherits a system rather than a folder.
How we run it
01
Read the market you are in
When: From kickoff
We look at the centers a family compares you against in your city and name what everyone is doing, so the brand has somewhere to stand that is not the same blue and the same stock photo.
02
Directions, with the thinking
When: Early in the 14 business days
A small set of directions, each with the reasoning written down: why this type, this palette, this feeling for a parent reading at 2am. You pick one and we commit.
03
Build the system
When: Through business day 14
Mark, colour, type and rules, drawn as one system rather than a logo with decoration added later. On a refresh we work from the logo you already own; on a rebrand we draw the mark. Your clinical and admissions team review anything that makes a claim.
04
Apply and hand over
When: By business day 14, then monthly
We apply it to the pages and assets that matter first, then hand over the files and the rules, so it survives the next person who needs a flyer on a Friday.
These timings are for the brand refresh, which ships with the landing page in 14 business days from the day your content and assets land. A full rebrand on Growth is deeper work, and its schedule is agreed with you on the call before anything starts.
Better to hear it now than in month two. If one of these is you, this is the wrong buy, and we would rather say so than sell it.
You need a new identity on the Foundation budget
Foundation refines the logo you already have. It is not a new identity, and we will not describe it as one. If the mark itself has to change, that is the full rebrand on Growth, and a refresh would only polish the problem.
You need it live next week
A brand refresh ships with the landing page in 14 business days from the day your content and assets land, and a full rebrand runs on a schedule agreed with you before it starts. We would rather tell you the real date than hand you a mark drawn in a hurry.
You need trademark clearance
We design the mark. We do not search trademarks or give legal advice. If the name or the mark needs clearing, a trademark attorney does that part, ideally before the directions round.
The real problem is the care, not the look
A brand makes the signals agree. It cannot cover for reviews or outcomes families are already talking about, and it should not try. Fix that first, and the brand will have something true to say.
You want a 60-page manual for the shelf
The brand guide covers what your staff will actually use: the mark, color, type and the rules for each. If a thick book is the deliverable you are buying, we are the wrong hire.
Start smaller
You do not have to buy a partnership to find out whether you need one.
First step, free
The free funnel review
Send the page your traffic lands on. Within two business days Ali records a 3-minute video walking through it on a phone, the way a family arrives at it, names the three places it is losing inquiries, and adds the AI Visibility Snapshot. It is free, and no call is attached.
The review looks at the page a family lands on, which is where a brand working against you costs the most. If the three leaks it names turn out to be brand problems, you will know before you pay for a refresh.
Often a refresh is enough: your existing logo refined, a color system, type and a component set, shipped with a landing page in 14 business days. If the mark itself cannot hold up, the full rebrand and brand guide are on Growth.

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to connect everyone via email following Ali's message earlier regarding refreshing some of our marketing collateral for Recovery Center
Ali, thank you again for the incredible branding work you put together for us.
We're excited to continue building on that foundation and bring some updated materials to life that our development team can use in the field.

I had a great experience working with Ali. He works super fast and is a great communicator. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another task.
Which brand work you get follows the tier. Foundation Partner is $1,000 a month: the full brand refresh, your existing logo refined with a color system, typography and a component set, plus a converting landing page live in 14 business days, then one new page a month. Growth Partner is $2,500 a month: a new identity, with a full rebrand, a written brand guide and the applications a center hands out, plus the whole website and three social posts a week. Scale Partner is $5,000 a month: a brand system across every location, with location-level variants and a shared asset library. Every tier is billed monthly in advance, with no minimum. Pause or cancel anytime. Agencies get the same tiers at 20 percent off, white label: $800, $2,000 and $4,000 a month. Hosting is not included in any tier: it is set up in your own account. You can move between tiers at the next billing date.
Often a refresh is enough. If the mark itself is sound and the real problem is that nothing around it agrees, the refresh on Foundation Partner is the fix: the logo refined, a color system, type and a component set, enough to launch credibly. A rebrand earns its place when the mark cannot hold up next to the centers you are compared with, when the name no longer fits the programs you run, or when five versions of your logo are in circulation and nobody knows which is current. That is the full rebrand and brand guide on Growth Partner. We will tell you honestly which one you are, and you can move between tiers at the next billing date.
Research on the centers a family compares you against, a small set of directions with the reasoning written down, then the mark drawn and built out: every version it needs, the color system, the type scale, the written guidelines document, and the applications you hand out, business cards, letterhead and social. It is deeper work than a refresh, which is why it sits on Growth Partner rather than on Foundation.
That is the point of a system rather than a logo. The mark ships in the versions real life needs, so it holds at small sizes, in single colour printing and on dark grounds, on a building sign, an admissions packet and a favicon. The printed applications themselves, business cards and letterhead, come with the full rebrand on Growth Partner.
You do. Everything we deliver is yours: files, pages, brand assets. We never hold a site. You get the working files and the exports, the written guide where your tier includes one, and you can hand them to any designer or agency afterwards.
Yes, and that is exactly what the refresh is for. Plenty of centers keep their name and mark and need the rest built around it: colour, type, a component set and the rules for using them. That is Foundation Partner. If the mark itself is the thing holding you back we will say so, and that is the rebrand on Growth Partner rather than a refresh.
Let's look at your landing page together.
